I recently upgraded my contract and when the the sim swap went through it told me i have to RICA it again. I went into the northgate branch and did this yesterday but its still not working.

I have tried calling Tracey on the following no (083) 212-0437 numerous times but she isn't answering.
I have also tried calling their no on their paperwork (083) 222-6939 but also no answe
