After being promised on the day that if i upgrade I would get my no. ported on my upgrade contract. Low and behold I came into the shop @ Cape Town Branch and the Manager Adian could not port me eventually i ended up waiting for a month to do the port. I eventually get a call on the 1st telling me I still cannot port and Head office will call me. Masine Rustoff on the 3rd of Feb advised there is no reason to wait for the porting. Im thinking why do I have to be responsible even if there was a system issue. I had so many inconveniences for this. In this time I recomended 2 friends with similar issues for this contract and one of them recieved a complimentary month. What will you be doing for me MR 8ta you have caused me many frustrations as well due to your system. How much time Ive wasted and could have been ported long ago but instead had to carry extra ph all the time to make sure I get and am able to make any calls
