Frustrated beyond words going on week two waiting

I am incredibly frustrated with Orange. I placed an order for two new sony smartphones on 25 january for a good price and the promise of 3 working days delivery sounded too good to be true, and it was. As I also work in the service industry so I know things can go wrong sometimes, what I don't understand is the lack of feedback or response that I am getting from Orange. After looking at other hello peter complaints i found that they do give an email address [Email Removed] and some generic apology for the problem. And this is my problem, they respond slowly and when they do it seems to always be some generic apology without giving any real feedback. Today when i was sending them the umpteenth query when my outlook responded that their mailbox was full and it could not relay my email. Do you really have that many complaints? at this point after endless hours trying to find out whats going on and what they are doing to fix it I still have no idea what the problem is or when this nightmare will be over! But I do know that Orange is sorry for the delay! I am very interested to see if I get yet another generic sorry and contact us reply even here
