Please do me a favour and cancel my contract!!! This is the worst service I have ever received the worst provider ever. 80% of the time I have no signal and thus render this service useless. I have to keep on making calls to the same number as the call would drop within 45 seconds... costing me a fortune. This is now the 4th month in a row that I have not received a statement. My oh my, and the statement speaks for itself. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 2 WEEKS NOW FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THERE ARE SO MANY CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT AND WHAT THEY ACTUALLY MEAN AS THE CALL CENTER CAN'T!!! I am considering legal action and to involve the consumer council just to get rid of this useless service.
