On numerous occasions I have had a problem with CONLOG, the prepaid electricity supplier of the Lesedi Municipal Council. I would purchase a prepaid electricity voucher and send them the responding voucher number via sms in order to receive the relevant token to be entered into my meter.

The voucher number will then not be sent by CONLOG. Upon calling their call center, the buck will be passed to either the municipal council or my mobile phone service provider. The worst of it all is, that after you have managed to speak to some incompetent agent, who had not been able to assist in resolving the issue, you cannot get through on the call center number again. I have been put on hold for an hour or more at a time. (Please note that by this time, my call has yet to be answered!!!)

I shudder to think what happens to families who have babies and sick people who have to be attended to and cared for without electricity due to CONLOG's inability to provide a service in line what what they claim to be.

I consider CONLOG to be the worst service provider within the scope of services I utilize on a daily basis and hope that something can be done about it.

USELESS!!!
