My contract which is 1 1/2 years old has given me issues since day 1. I cannot get signal, calls constantly drop and the data is useless. Have to reboot min 15 times and am constantly turning on and off to get signal. This has caused me 2 warnings at work as I'm on the road and 'unreachable' and miss important mails and what's apps & my son was admitted into hospital without my knowledge as I could not be reached thanks to virgin mobile and their poor service!! I a now sick and tired of them trying to 'sort it out'. Then they say 'it must be a faulty handset'. But this is my 3rd. Now they say faulty sim. All they doing is wasting my time. They want me to pay to cancel and I refuse. I will be contacting the media and seeking legal advice as this is breach of contract from their side. I clearly am not the only one as I see there are 1400 other complaints here. Tomorrow I will be canceling my debit order and virgin can come fetch their sim and handset. My husband works with carte Blanche and will be approaching them. Anyone else interested please mail me.
