No refund after accound was overpaid

I have made a payment of R7863.47 to my account by mistake, the amount should have been R783.47. To be refunded is a big problem spoken to varoius consultants at head office, currently dealing with Sharon at head office. According to them they did a refund but after 10 working days still not in my account, now they sent me sms that n owe them R8243.47 and my phone to be suspended, this is a bunch of clowns with only promises and no action. This is unacceptable and to me a big amount what they owe me with no responce from them.
