I signed the unlimited contract on 8 January, finally (after numerous calls) managed to get my number ported on 14 January and canceled the contact on 15 january due to lack of coverage. I have followed up regularly since then to ensure it is canceled and was billed over R2000 today for this month and next month's contact. This is completely unacceptable and I have just been told by the call centre that I should phone back in 10 days to see what is happening. Can somebody PLEASE resolve this and refund me???
