CELL C LOST MY MODEM WHEN I SENT IT IN FOR REPAIR

On the 2 apr 2013 I handed my HUAWEI E1820 modem into Norwood Cell C branch for repair. I filled in all the paperwork with IMEI number etc. In the middle of the month I was quoted an amount for a repair which I accepted. On 30 apr 2013, i was called by a person at CELL C norwood to say that the modem had been repaired and was awaiting collection at the branch. I went to the branch produced my paperwork and when the modem was shown to me, it appeared to have been swapped with a cheaper modem with a different IMEI number. My expensive modem is now missing. I expect CELL C to either replace my modem or to pay me out for losing/ my modem. Please advise asap document number PRE401807 tracking num R00736014
