Over the last few months I have difficulty with my ADSL. It seems to have started in the rainy season. I have already reported it to Telkom who did respond, but then closed the job for a reason I do not know.

Is is so that it reflects bad on a Telkom worker if a job stays open too long? Then how about solving the problem quickly so that the job is closed quickly instead of closing it quickly and the client still have the same problem?

Whatever the reason, my ADSL connection is still bad, it seems like a general problem as I have found a lot of same complaints on mybroadband. It is not like slow all the time, (as when you have reached a cap) but it is very unreliable with lots of connections all the time.

I wish Telkom can tell us what is going on and when will it be fixed? This is a service for which we pay - at least make it reliable.
