I want to receive my statements for my data contra

Just like Telkom are entrusted to send an itemised bill with the time of the call, the cost, the number dialled, I want this information regarding my data contract. The above consultant agreed to do this and did not. I have been asking this for 18 months. WHY do they not comply. MacDonalds, give you a free 1 hr of 100 MB in their stores and show the download the upload how many minutes still exist and what is used. Why can CELL C NOT DO THIS.
