ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON CELL-PHONE CONTRACT

I've had my cell-phone contract for many years. Everytime i receive a statement the services im being charged for seems to substantially have an increase. This is some kind of rip-off. I need clarity on what all the fees are for???!!! Thinking of cancelling the existing contract. :((
