Bad service!! No one wants to take ownership

I received my December bill of R1800. To my surprise of R1000 Data usage. How would that be possible when my child was not well, admitted to hospital and I hadnt had the time to be on my phone. So I log a query about the usage on the 18 Jan 2014 and promised a 2-24 hour TAT. Today is the 31 Jan and still no feedback. When I call the call centre they drop the call, they transfer the call while I'm still speaking. When i ask for the manager, I'm told they are busy on another call. I hold for them and then they agent drops the call.
My account is now suspended as I refuse to pay until the problem is resolved but no one seems to want to help me.
