I requested a simswop last week and was informed taht another concsultant will return a call to check security and resume simswop. It has been a whole week since the initial call and still no call - as a paying customer, this is simply bad service. I am unabel to use my numbers or network and this is furtehr being delayed byt he lack of service from teh service provider itself.
