How many times must i call these *ssholes at the callcentre, only to be put through to the wrong department. No one is able to resolve my problem. My phone is blocked every month due to high usage. yes R5.62 is high usage.

Pathetic service you disgust me, your staff disgust me, and you should be ashmed of yourselves. Oh and go on, reply to my message now, and say "we will contact you shortly" cause I know that will NEVER happen.

Please contact me regarding my cellphone number and just send me a cancellation form detailing how much i owe you... Im over this
