The service I received from Vodacom/Interacte is appalling to say the least.
Several correspondence to Denver Naidoo who is the manager of the Vodacom Online applications at Inter-active and Vodacom remains answered. I left several messages for Denver to call me back as he is never available, which also remains answered.
A cellphone was delivered to me today, but I did not agree to this contract. your ref no 15198149.
I need somebody to listen to my call made on 22.01.2014 from cell number 0724621222 and compare this information with details on the abovementioned reference number.
I want Vodacom as my service provider to intervene and resolve my complaint. I want my contact to be changed to U-Choose 100 on a Samsumg S4 Mini and this should include headphones and a car charger, monthly payment R249 caller ID, as authorised on 22.01.2014.
