Zero Invoice for two months now and Incompetence

Cell C, your helpdesk is seriously incompetent. I have now twice contacted them about my billing problem, and both times I very clearly said that the number with which I have a problem is mine but not the cellphone I personally use, and they should not try and contact me on any other number except my work line.

On the last query submitted through your website, I put this into my description of the problem. Twice. In capitals. You still ended up phoning the number, for which I pay and which belongs to me, but which is used by a family member in a different province. They have no idea what is going on, and can't help you.

So, altogether now, can you address my query properly? For two months now I've gotten invoices with zero balances, even the phone is in use and you are subtracting (seemingly) appropriate amount from my bank account.

Can I just get my invoices? Is it so difficult?
