Phone has been put down on my face

I had a problem with CellC, I was served by a Consultant whom I advised her to change the debit order date on my account, however, she did it only one phone. I have spoken to lot of Consultant at Cell C, and the last one to talk to was Tabita Banda at 14:26 who treated me like a dog
