Can't cancel a line since October due to mistake!

In October we applied to have a number transferred into my Mom's name. The previous owner signed the transfer papers and I handed them in at Clearwater Mall. A technician came out and only after he left did we realise he had installed a new line. Since October my mom is being billed for two numbers and to try and call the cancellations department is IMPOSSIBLE! I have held on for 75mins and hung up, 35 mins, 45 mins and now I am fed up. Is Telkom so desperate to keep their clients that they don't bother to answer their phones in the cancellations department? The latest now is the recording stops after 50 minutes so you have to phone back!
