BAD BAD ATTITUDE

I sent an enquiry via SafariNow and received confirmation of availability at 08h45 on 1 January, stating that i need to reply to them for the full price. Upon doing so, all of a sudden receive a no availability. And then rude treatment when phoning to complain. Is this because i am a South African booking accommodation and now you found a tourist to pay more???
