Cell C, you only took my complaint seriously when I posted onto Hello Peter. In a nutshell, I signed a 2 year data bundle contract which the salesman confirmed was at a set rate and any further data I may require I'd need to buy as needed. The contract was not set up that way and month after month huge costs charged.
Firstly - your store - not able to sort the issue out - that the only solution offered was to buy a cap and I agreed. Should I be surprised that this cap only came into effect months later so more cost incurred? I had to block my own account to halt further costs!!! Secondly - complaint resolution - as this complaint deals with a store I've been told "responsibility cannot be assessed as we do not have a recorded conversation" does this mean that your stores are a waste of space?? - my response was will the account stay suspended until such resolution and will you confirm the status - the fact that my bank was debited and no response given to me answers my question on your reliability and client service. I want a senior consultant to call and discuss this matter as soon as possible else I will be taking this matter to the Consumer Protection Act.
