SIM SWAP not done despite repeated calls, no resps

I have tried to upgrade and complete a sim swap. Took long enough to get the phone, but the sim swap experience has been nothing short of shocking.

I spent most of yesterday chasing up or trying to get some one to follow up, and just dead ends or automated responses.

Furthermore, the automated phone answering and selection on any of the 'service' lines are miserable. I had to enter my cell number twice, select a pin twice (which couldn't't be accepted) and then 1st time the call was dropped, and 2nd time I managed to reach a consultant.

With the exception of Abdullah in Business tec, and Maesel who I have just spoken to no one has been interested in helping despite the more than 15 times I have phoned.

I was told 2 -24 hour (24hrs??) for a sim swap and sent through an authorisation letter from my company. I got an automated response promising a call and the nothing.

If Abdullah hadn't't made the effort to see there was NO ACTIVATION of the sim swap, and give me the number for Maesel, s department, I'd still be going from pillar to post with no idea.

I'd like to actually cancel my contract and those of the company, but other providers are equally bad.
