Cell C - The circus is in town!

The only way I can describe this company in under 1200 words is CIRCUS ACT.

Took my phone in 2 weeks ago and they wanted to charge me R2700 to replace it because it was out of warranty, even though I had already taken it in while it was IN warranty for the same problem, and they did absolutely nothing. I tried to take it in again before the warranty ended and was told to wait because they were upgrading their towers - THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE THEIR OWN TOWERS!

VERY long story short - After reading the entire CPA to learn my rights, and over 50 posts on Facebook in order to receive any attention at all, Teboho finally managed to get them to replace it for free (Thank you Teboho), needless to say, the replacement was LATE.

Cell C "service" consultants like Nelly do NOT get back to you & the communication within the company is a joke - yesterday someone called me offering me another "deal", yeah right, I'm not a masochist.

Bottom line - this company has a habit of OVER promising and UNDER delivering, it should be the other way around. They have caused me such pain it borders on abuse.

I sincerely hope they go down and can't wait for my contract to be over.
