VERY BAD SERVICE

I paid my account on 18 December 2013. The lady at Absa bank Alberton entered the wrong reference number and myself, Vodacom Alberton and Absa Alberton have been trying to get Vodacom to allocate this amount to my account I even paid R50-00 for them to reconnect my numbers. Ive phoned more than fifty times I went to Vodacom and Absa numerous times with no sucess. Everytime I phone they promise to fix this but they don't. Yesterday I told them that I'm going to report them on Hello Peter and the consultant told me to go ahead!!!
