Illegal sim swop

On 7 Jan 2013 VODACOM ALBERTON authorised an illegal and sim swop on my number. CCTV camera footage shows AFRICAN MEN (i am a young white woman) presenting a FAKE copy of an id. My name appears on the id however, the photograph is of an African man. the dates on the document are incorrect as well. My id was issued in 1999 not 2010 as presented on the fake document. My signature was never given neither was permission ever granted for this transaction to take place... the worst part is that this illegal and sim swop by VODACOM resulted in the gaining access to my ABSA bank account and an amount of R80 000 was. I hold VODACOM responsible for this loss of income as well as subsequent damages as the had access to the RVN numbers (need to authorise the transaction) sent by ABSA to my VODACOM number. I have been advised to take legal action.
