Shocking service from Cell C

I have just had a call from a highly incompetent cell c staff member named Rondani.
This pathetic woman gets into an argument with me that she is in charge of the recorded calls and she does not pick up a call that i made to cell c in june to request my roaming to be active.
Now my problem is, i am sitting with a huge bill for my roaming where i did not use the phone other than to log onto facebook and check-in to places we had visited. I think i might have received one call but cant be sure. She talks to me like i am an, and insists that i did not phone in. I KNOW I PHONED, how else would i have known that my roaming was active. I am ready to go to the newspapers with this, and i will proceed with legal advice, who the does this call centre worker think she is. I have been a cell c customer for almost 11 years now, and i can tell you now, i WILL be leaving your company, and i will let everyone know what pathetic service cell c offers and how they rob there clients, cause it blows my mind that i was told the call is recorded, but now when i want to dispute the bill, its amazingly vanished off your system.
I AM HIGHLY irritated about this right now, SHOCKING!!
