No network coverage and bad customer service

I have been sending email after email phone call after phone call trying to get the attention of mtn that my wireless device just does not work, i have logged calls and spoken to a number of people that just put you on to the next person. I do pity mtn as same P.R manager will see this post and immediately get in touch with me and apologize profusely about how they lost my emails and the phone calls didn't get through to them and now they ready to help now but the sad part is i have spent from April 2011 battling with poor network and from Oct 2013 to Jan 2014 trying to get a response from mtn, save your breathe mtn the damage has been done take you device and your poor service you have embarrassed yourselves to no repair.
