Threatening sms by Cell C

I've been with Cell C for 7 years now, and never missed any payments. Every month, like today, I get a sms, stating that if I do not pay before the second of next month, my services will be suspended. I know exactly what to pay each month, and do so, but this threatening sms'e still coming through. I am really "" now, because I discussed this issue to escalations, Customer services from Cell C a few times, and nothing is happening. I really hope that all NEW CLIENTS read this before deciding to go to Cell C!!! If I do not pay, suspend the service ---- by all means!!!...but crying out loud???
