Still awaiting my refund 2 weeks later!

Please note although after confirmation from Mweb 2 weeks ago that they will refund me for their faulty service I am still awaiting the money to reflect in my account (please note I am also expecting the initiation fee to be refunded) although they have been quick to collect the faulty 3G modem. MWEB please note that this issue has not been resolved!!!
