I purchase Nokia Lumia 920, via MTN Direct in November 2013, and on the 17th of January 2014 the phone just died, it was no longer switching on at all, I reported it to MTN DIRECT, an agent advice me to take it to the nearest store, on the 18th I took it to Protea Gardens Mtn Store and was booked in for Assessment. Its almost two weeks now, The below is the write I have just written to them and no response received.

Once again I have experience a Poor Service from MTN.
On the 16th I reported that my Nokia Lumia did not want to switch on nor charge and one of your agent
Advice me to take the phone to one of your stores.
On the 18th of 01 2014 Time around 13pm I took in.
Now its been a week and some days no one from MTN has ever call me and give me feedback about my whereabout of my phone
On 27th Monday and Tuesday 28th, I called technical service and I was given a collection no. COL0031061318.
Everyone I have spoken to, have not responded. till now
