Damaged phone taken over a month to repai

Since the beginning of this year my blackberry 9360 has not been charging yet when i took it to the store it would charge. this went on for about two weeks with about four visits to the old fort walk-in centre. they basically said they couldn't take it in for repairs because when i got to the store it would miraculously charge. i eventually called the care line&requested a manager. the manager was indeed helpful&vowed to get back to me.although he didnt, he did send someone else to call from the arc. she asked me to have the phone sent to her by the dbn walk-in.a wk later a msg was sent that my handset had been exchanged&sent to the dbn centre.a wk later having not received notice to collect i called dbn centre, they said phone had been sent but some documentation was missing. today i went to collect my phone, ive been given a purple handset despite sending in a black one. i refuse to accept a purple phone&refuse to accept a refurbished phone. i pay for my contract dutifully&yet am given horrendous service.no one is making an effort to ensure my satisfaction despite the additional expenses i'm incurring because of vodacom's incompetency. frustrated, disgusted&very disappointed by this
