Good day Peter - Hope this e-mail finds you well. I have taken out an MTN cell phone contract using a Nokia Usher 320. on serial number: 355210054339433, my contract has been activated on the 10 May 2013. My phone has been given my problems since last year November 2013, I have been trying to get this sorted, and up until today havent gotten any satisfication from MTN, were do one start, our debit orders go of on time, MTN doesnt have a problem with that, but once a customer has a problem with there handset, they *(the customer) needs to sort it out not even the staff of MTN, at first I have explained to them while the phone was still in the six month guarentee period, that the phone everytime throught out an error no signal, I was instructed that this might be my sim card that causes this, however, we purchased a new simcard, and still we expierenced the same problem, I went back wit in a week's time and explained that this phone is still faulty and I need urgent assistance regarding this, please bare in mind that my phone was still in it's gauarentee period, what was suggested is that they send the phone in for repairs which was un exaptable to me.
