The internet speed on my ADSL line had become unacceptably slow to the point I was unable to do anything at all. I logged a fault with Telkom on the morning of Thursday 23rd January, and by mid afternoon on the same day someone was working on the local exchange and also came to my home. My internet speed is now better than it has been for a couple of months (back to what it was before December) so I am extremely happy with the prompt response to my complaint. Thank you Telkom.
