CALL REFERENCE NO 4012402020 CALL NO 4012402669 CALL NO 4012700378... NOTHING DONE..

I logged this call with regards to 2 months high account, and was not explained correctly what was going on, now the credit on my account is up, I cant use my phone... FOR GOODNESS SAKE, I am on a contract... I NEED MY PHONE... I want my phone back to what it was before I made the first call on Friday the 24th January 2014, and I WANT IT NOW!!! If I am in need of my phone for an emergency I cant use it because I don't have money on my phone, what is that, thats why I have a contract and not pay as you go... I want my phone fixed now!!!
