I've been calling the 8ta customer service line since last Wednesday because I had reactivated my BIS. The R59 was deducted from my account but my BIS is still inactive. I keep getting told that there's a 72 hour response time from your tech team but almost a week later I'm still waiting. Ever so disappointed I changed networks to switch to 8ta!
