I logged a fault over a week ago. whenever i try to get updates i have to wait over 20 minutes before i even get to an operator.
i have requested escalations 3 times. to date i have had no confirmation that this has happened.
in the last 2 days i have waited over an hour each day to try sort out the problem. i have these calls recorded in case Telkom disputes or denies this statement.
I was quite impressed when they installed the line a few months ago, but they are really starting to drop the ball again.
