Due to the unprofessional service and extreme rudeness of the call service agents, received from your call center every time I call there when I have a problem with my connection/ADSL modem I wish to cancel the service, hopefully these call are recorded and you could listen to them, last call placed on the 27.1.2014 @ around 7:10pm after having to waiting 30 minutes to get through to someone, call times and duration can be checked on my Telkom account, I give you full permission to access my account should you have any interest in my complaint and reason for cancelling. The attitude is beyond comprehension, and I pay to be treated in this manner.
