After 4 weeks of running back and forth to the branch, and first implying that the contract we signed up for was for Galaxy S4's and then changing the goods to XCovers, without notice, we have, as yet, not received ANY goods. There is no communication between the branch, the sales person (when she is actually at work... 4 times tha she wasn't) and head office. Does the grace period conveniently cover your bases and we just have to wait patiently in the sidelines until you happen to have time to sort the query out? Going to the branch 6 times for the same thing is ridiculous! I wanted the S4 on the R750 contract and she then informed me that they will then have to boost it up to R1100 contracts. We only signed the contract because we already received data bundle sms that the accounts have been activated. When we asked for no phones and just better deals on data bundles, to which she said, headoffice declined that. Another Autopage branch has informed me that there could have been better deals available.
