My business telephone has been down since November 2013. Despite reporting it on numerous occasions the, service remains DEAD. When I try to report / follow up on the progress, the system does not allow it. The system merely states that the problem has allready been reported. CONSUMERS PLEASE BE WARNED. DO NOT BELIEVE TELKOM'S GLOSSY ADVERTS. FIND ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER.
