VODACOM THREATENS ME WITH DIRE CONSEQUENCES!

I received a letter from Vodacom saying my account was in arrears and my service cancelled. They demand immediate payment or I will be handed over to all sorts of people who will probably break my knees etc. I phone and speak to a lady. I am told it refers to my contract which I no longer have. It was cancelled in October 2012 and in conjunction with Vodacom I went onto prepaid. I presently have a balance of over R500 credit. they say I owe R126.00. The lady checks and says Vodacom made a mistake in debiting me again. She agrees I owe nothing. She says I must phone cancellations and take the matter up with them. I cannot believe they treat a client in this way. I have been with them as from inception of cell phones and have never been late with any payment. I have other accounts with them and it is now time to move to Cell C!
