Cut off / contract changed -again

I have 5 accounts with VM. One I've had for 7 years, the others for over a year. My account is not in arrears (you debit me monthly). In November 2013, all my numbers were cut off. After a month of fighting and getting no answers, my account was finally sorted out.

Now in Jan 2014, the same thing has happened. I've been cut off. As usual, the call centre is ing useless and don't know why this is happening, and they keep putting me through to a number that's never answered!
