3 months later and still no resolution!

Telkom changed pricing and speeds on their ADSL lines about 3 months ago. When they did this, they changed the pricing on their bundles, and automatically moved thousands of people to the wrong bundles. It's taken 3 months, a lot of screaming and emails, and I still haven't got this corrected.

Their call centre takes forever to answer my calls, and when I get through, I speak to the most incompetent agents possible. They have no clue regarding their products, refuse to escalate the call and sometimes just hang up. I am currently waiting for a "manager" to call me, since she was conveniently "in a meeting". I don't hold out much hope.

Telkom urgently needs competition.
