On the 27th of November '13 my husband requested early cancellation of our contract. partially due to the high cost of Vodacom cell rates as well as the terrible service we have received with each call and visit, Many Vodacom employees are not trained on their product, We asked for a top up 135 and were erroneously signed up for a top up 315. to this day the managers of the Hemmingway's branch have not come back to me regarding this error & each month since Aug'12, I have been billed for something I did not ask for! Anyway, we requested cancellation and after numerous calls, back and forth, we paid the cancellation fee on the 28/11/2013. All docs were they faxed & emailed but after a week, my number still had not ben ported to pre-paid. Only after a few more calls & speaking with team managers and fighting, was the contract finally ported. However, Vodacom continued to debit my account on the 7th Dec 2013. This infuriated me!!! your accounts person was rude and insistent. she insisted that Vodacom had credited my acc with R315 worth of airtime. NOT true! till this day, many calls later, NO REUND! called this morning and was directed to all the wrong dept. & again NO JOY!! NOT COOL!
