I called vodacom to cancell my contract on october and they only cancelled one number and called again to find out why only one number was cancelled they told me that they will cancell both and credit the account with the difference, only now in jan i got a letter from their collections stating that i owe them R387.00 and they will disconect my line and very funy ive been on contract since novemebr 201, i request vodacom to correct their billing and close my account
