Vodacom
Device unrepaired for two months now

To Vodacom, please let me know when will I receive my sony experia back? Because I gave it in for repairs @ Vodacom repairs shop cresta. I also pay insurance to vodacom for more than six years now and you are telling me it is not fixed yet. I handed in the device on the 28/11/2013 So either I need a refund on my insurance because I am paying now for something that I don't get, or you fix the device and while I am waiting for that I need a loan unit.
