In June 2013 I signed a contract for a 32GB S4 I9500. In October I had to take the phone in for repairs for a swollen battery which was replaced within 2-3 days. When I received my phone back there was no MTN service available which was not a problem for me before. I took it back in for repairs and they agreed to give me a new phone. I took my collection number to the Trade route store. They now want to give me a 16GB S4 which I am not willing to accept. They offered to reimburse me with cash for the phone at cost price which is not sufficient for me to buy it elsewhere. The 32GB S4 is available on the market as vodacom has it so why cant they give me what I signed up for?
