2weeks & still no replacement phone- FNB apathetic

I had my phone about 2 weeks ago. I lodged a claim using the email fnbclaims@insdevice. I haven't received a reply to that email. I then phoned a number on the FNB policy details which turned out to be CIB Insurance. I was on the phone everyday with them and finally got a quote 4 DAYS LATER! After being quoted for the device I am now left to deal with suppliers directly. 1 supplier doesn't carry the Galaxy Note 2 anymore while the other (GT Cellular) only has a 16Gb in stock. They want to give me a 16Gb phone which is about R2000 cheaper than a 32Gb one, with an offer to buy me a 16Gb memory card to make it a 32Gb. A 16Gb memory card costs R70. The supplier pockets R1930. FNB is who I thought I was insuring with when I ticked the insurance box on the online application for the device. Now I'm sent form pillar to post and FNB doesn't care they send me right back to CIB Insurance when I tried to get them involved. Disgusting service..
