I had an old contract that should have expired in November 2013 and was told that I extended it and took Samsung Laptop on the 5 November 2013. I realise this because they debited my account R949 upon checking that is when I discover this.

I explained that I never extended my contract but wanted to cancel it. It was indeed reversed but not cancelled. Now I am having a balance from that is not reversed. I need your in this matter as I do not get any feedback or call from vodacom after all my communication with them. Instead I am getting calls from call centre forcing me to pay balance accumulated from. They have even blocked my new contract.
