I have never been so angry in my whole life. In March 2013, I phoned the Cell C accounts department to get an amount to pay my contracts in advance. The man gave me an amount of R760 per contract (I have 2). Knowing that there was a year left, I clarified this amount three times over the phone. I paid the amount immediately.

At the end of October and the end of November Cell C debited my account with my instalment. After lodging a query, I was told there was a turn around time of 48hrs. Note that a week later I was eventually contacted. The afternoon of 13 December, I was told they would contact me again. At 10:02 on the 14th of December I was contacted saying that the dispute was resolved and that I would be refunded.

Now, at 10:15 today I got another call telling me that I could have calculated the amount! HELLO, that's not my job, that's why I phoned in in March in the first place.
I have 2 degrees and do MY OWN work! Why must I do someone elses work as well! I am willing to escalate this to the comsumers board and the ombuds man! Enough is enough! There are phone calls to prove I specifically asked for an amount to pay in advance! Now I am just angry and rude!
