I phoned on 19 December 2013 to get my settlement on my 2 contracts i have with cell c.
they gave me the amount and said when paid send proof of payment to fax no.

i did do so. so they can cancel my acc. now in January they send me a statement
of x amount and the phone contract was cancelled in December

lack of knowledge insane and now what now... incompetence
